This local company is THE BEST! We recently bought a home in the Delaware area and needed our carpets cleaned and they scheduled for the next day. They were prompt, professional, did an excellent job, and shared great suggestions of how to better care for my carpet as well. A few months later, we then had another incident where birds made a nest in our furnace pipe (yes, you read that right) and in desperation I called this company again because I also knew they cleaned ducts as well. The owner of the company called me THAT night to say he was willing to try with the equipment he had available and came out himself the next day. He worked a good part of the next morning until he was able to clear it (not to mention he had to make a hardware store trip too) and didn't charge me extra. Wow! I plan to use them again and I am happy to recommend them to anyone else. Dry Step rocks!
