1. What Information Do We Collect?

Personal Information You Provide to Us

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you schedule a service, request an estimate, or otherwise contact us. This may include:

  • Names (first and last name, company name)
  • Phone numbers
  • Email addresses
  • Service addresses (street, city, zip code, county)
  • How you heard about us
  • Notes or special instructions for your appointment

Payment Information

When you make a payment, your payment card information is processed directly by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store, collect, or have access to your full credit or debit card numbers. We only receive confirmation of the transaction (amount, status, and a reference ID).

Referral Program Data

If you participate in our referral program, we collect and store your unique referral code, referral history (who you referred and credits earned), and referral balance.

Information Automatically Collected

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect certain technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device characteristics, operating system, and referring URLs. This information is used to maintain the security and operation of our Services.

Analytics & Advertising Data

We may use third-party analytics and advertising services - such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads - to understand how visitors use our website and to deliver relevant advertising. These services may collect information about your browsing activity on our site using cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies. Location Data

We use address information you provide to geocode your service location via the Google Maps API for scheduling and routing purposes. We do not track the real-time location of customers.

Sensitive Information.

We do not process sensitive personal information.

  • Payment Processor - Stripe (payment processing; PCI-DSS compliant)
  • Email Service Provider - Mailgun (transactional and marketing emails)
  • Cloud Storage - Google Cloud Storage (service request photos and documents)
  • Mapping & Geocoding - Google Maps Platform APIs (address geocoding and distance calculations)
  • Analytics - Google Analytics (website usage analytics and reporting)
  • Advertising - Google Ads and Meta Ads (ad delivery, conversion tracking, and remarketing)
  • Database Hosting - MongoDB Atlas (encrypted data storage)
  • Website Hosting - Heroku (application hosting)

We may also share your information in the following situations:

  • Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.
  • Google Maps Platform APIs. We use Google Maps APIs for address geocoding and routing. Google's Privacy Policy applies to data processed through their services: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

4. Do We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?

Yes. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies for both essential site functionality and analytics/advertising purposes.

Analytics & Advertising Cookies

We may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies from third-party services to analyze website traffic, measure ad performance, and deliver targeted advertising. These may include:

  • Google Analytics - Collects anonymized usage data (pages visited, session duration, referral source) to help us understand how visitors interact with our site. Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Google Ads - May place conversion tracking cookies and remarketing tags to measure ad effectiveness and show you relevant ads on Google's network. You can opt out via Google Ads Settings.
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel - May collect data about your interactions with our website to measure ad conversions and enable remarketing on Meta platforms. You can manage your ad preferences at Facebook Ad Preferences.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling essential cookies may affect the functionality of our Services.

5. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law. Service request records are retained for business and tax compliance purposes.

We implement organizational and technical security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted database storage, and role-based access controls. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Do We Collect Information From Minors?

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

8. What Are Your Privacy Rights?

Depending on your location, applicable privacy law may grant you certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us or following the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing email. You may also update your SMS and email opt-in preferences when scheduling a service.

9. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature you can activate to signal your privacy preference. At this time, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. However, you can manage your ad and tracking preferences through your browser's cookie settings or the opt-out links provided in Section 4.

Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
